Wal-Mart wasn't too far away and we picked up some eggs and hot dogs to cook up. They had a coffee maker, microwave and a toaster. Dishes, pots, pans and mugs were provided too, but be prepared to wash the dishes by hand :)
Great place to stay, lots of room, clean, updated, very nice owners. Ready to go back!!
This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a no frills facility that will house a large number of people. There is large building that had two separate facilities that can be rented, and they have areas to camp and to hook up campers. The area of the building we stayed in has three bedrooms and two full baths (one of the bathrooms is handicap accessible). The bedrooms all have at least three beds, one double, and two twins. Great location for seeing all that the Copper Country has to offer. 20 min from the Walmart in Houghton, and an hour from Lake of the Clouds. Not a fancy place, but very clean and well cared for.
Donna and her husband were great with travel information. They mentioned that you can do half the U.P. in day trips from their location. If you're looking to explore the area this is a great place to stay.

Mosquitoes in the room but might have been our fault. Great room, plenty of space, good wifi
They had free WiFi and satellite TV. They had a campfire pit set up with benches and a couple of cushioned chairs around it. There was a separate building with a sauna and behind that were some hookups if you were traveling with an RV or trailer. There was a pet walking area that looked like a little trail into the woods.
Personally I like accommodations with a refrigerator and a stove because it makes the place seem more like a home. All their rooms have TWO bathrooms!!! How awesome is that?
